Hi, my name is Terri and I live in Ohio USA and really love epiphytic style plants. Right now I have several different hoyas, what I think is a thanksgiving cactus, a red dragon flower, a couple of rhipsalis types, a pot of epi cactus, a ric rac cactus a couple of Dischidia, and a pot of cactus that I'm not sure what it is yet it's either christmas or easter cactus, I just started it last fall so it hasn't bloomed yet, I'll post a picture and maybe you can tell me. dingos_mom
Welcome aboard. I live in Ohio too. Your picture looks to be an Easter cactus. Also known as Hatiora, Rhipsalidopsis, Spring Cactus, and Sunrise Cactus. They can be a bit tricky to get to bloom. A long cool period in the fall/winter will help.
