Full Description: HYLOCEREUS UNDATUS-(Variety)-'WHITE SAPPHIRE' Is a Hylocereus Undatus selection By Jim Hunter. The pulp is white fleshed with some light pink marbling or tinting, self polinating. Fruit is sweet tasting with an average Brix rating of 16-18. Average fruit weighs 1/2 lb. (226.8 g.) to 3/4 lb. (340.19 g.)Growth is typical Hylocereus-3 sided, thick and fairly strait segmented stems so easy to train/trellis.
NOTES; Good grower, self pollinating with good production.
