Magma it's HOT !!!
What is Magma ? Magma is hot fluid or semifluid material below or within the earth's crust once it reaches the surface and begins cooling then it is called lava. Magma temperatures range from 1300 °F to 2400 °F or 700 °C to 1300 °C, although very rare carbonatite magmas can be as cool as 914 °F or 490 °C, komatiite magmas can get to even higher temperatures being up to 1600 °C or 2912 °F. At any given pressure and for any given composition of rock, a rise in temperature past the solidus will cause melting thus it becomes Magma.
