Small Plant Or Clump
Full Description: Succulent species Euphorbia flanaganii-Crested "Medusa's Head" is the crested form of Euphorbia flanaganii so instead of long stems-arms protruding from a center rosette, this crested variety has thin wavy dark green stem growth resembling green coral, occasionally splitting and branching, some of the typical protruding arms inherent to the true species form do emerge from the tops of the wavy growth, but there short stems seldom extending more than 2" in length, very unusual. Takes similar care as the true species requiring some shade from the mid-day sun, can not tolerate cold weather for any prolonged periods below 32 degrees . Can be grown as a houseplant due to the compact growth. Large specimens can grow to 18" in diameter and up to 1'+ ft. high after several seasons. Large specimens make for an interesting conversation plant displayed on the patio or atrium.
