|Full Description: Species Echinopsis famatimensis can vary in growth and blooms within the species. Blooms of Echinopsis famatimensis can vary from red, orange to yellow and even white. This particular variety has golden yellow blooms approx. 2-1/2" to 3" inches in diameter.|
Growth; Can also show differences in stem diameters, form and spines. It can display both globular, oval and cylindrical type growth. This species is a slow clumping cacti and generally has slower growth than most hybrid Echinopsis varieties do. Stem growth has very tight ribs with greenish to brownish colored stem growth. It can get purplish tinged growth at or near the apex in very bright light.
