Full Description: Trichocereus hybrid 'Crumble Clown' has a 5" to 6" diameter dark metallic-red/purple-cerise colored bloom, multiple petals with magenta colored stamens and cream colored anthers and stigma. Growth is light to dark green many ribs with short golden spines. Hybridized by Michael Kiessling. Hybr.# MK 2002-26 = (Pink California X Trares) X EH (H3x 347).
Notes : This hybrid tends to fully open its bloom very slow compared to other hybrids varieties, so first day its semi-funnel shaped in form with intense red and neon purple outer, then opens fully next day as shown here-above and below. Once fully open the two colors then blend throughout and takes on a metallic shine.
