Full Description: BONE MEAL BY Miracle Grow has a formula of 6-9-0 organic phosphorus supplement. Not dirived from cow bones. 3 lb bag in powder form. Mix into Epi soil mix or sprinkle on top of soil in containers and scratch in. Always water in well after applying.Great for small Epi plants and big ones, gets the roots going, cuasing root bound roots as they take off, exactly what you want to produce blooms and to take up large amounts of nutrients to the stems and for bud/flower formation. An added bonus of using bone meal is it will make your soil mix smell sweet or no musty smell from algae at all. Bone meal is highly recommended adding this to your soil mix-see soil mix recipe #1 to give you an idea how much. But also use a acid fertilizer like miracid in the soil mix too so the PH doesnt get too high with the addition of using Alkaline water as most city supplied water is known to be. Remember to always keep all fertilizers and chemicals out of reach of small children and animals/pets. Use gloves when applying and always follow all directions on the bag.
