|Full Description: Trichocereus Hybrid 'BETTY'S GOLD' Has a 5" to 6" (12.7-15.24 cm) diameter bloom in bright yellow. Outer petals are bright yellow, back petals are bright yellow with butterscotch on petal tips. Petal form is wide with rounded tips. Growth is columar with long golden yellow spines (Spines are 2" long on average or 5.08cm). Pups easily but usually from underneath the soil line with lateral growth canes from the main stems.|
Offered for mail-order as a small plant with roots, minimum 6" growth above the soil line.
NOTES; Good grower which duplicates on its own if in loose soil from canes undernearth the soil line. Blooms profusely in warm weather once columar growth reaches 12" tall. Day blooming. Golden colored spines are very attractive and provide contrasting colored foliage when not in bloom in the winter time/offseason.
